You don't have to keep living with it. Chronic tension, back pain, stress that won't let go — this is exactly the kind of work I do, and I've been doing it for 16 years.
You carry stress in your neck and shoulders — and it never fully goes away
Headaches that seem to start at the base of your skull
Back pain that shows up at your desk, in your car, in bed
You feel burned out and your body is keeping score
You are exhausted and just want to let go and relax for awhile
You've tried stretching. You've tried ibuprofen. You need something that actually works.
This is what I work on every day. Not relaxation fluff, real therapeutic work for real problems.
Most therapists use their hands. I work primarily with my forearms — which means I can access deeper layers of muscle without the sharp, uncomfortable pressure. More effective. Less brutal.
There are muscles that massage can't fully reach on its own. I combine targeted stretching with hands-on work to get into the places that stay locked up no matter how often you foam roll.
Sixteen years in, I've worked on a lot of bodies and a lot of problems. Chronic tension, old injuries, stress that's settled into muscle. I know how to listen and I know what to do with what you tell me.

I didn't set out to become a massage therapist. I stumbled into it, fell in love with it, and then had to stop when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I kept pushing anyway — running three businesses around Middle Tennessee until burnout nearly took me out completely. In 2023 I sold everything. For a long time after that, even getting out of bed felt impossible.
I know what it's like to ignore what your body is telling you until it stops asking nicely.
Three years into my own recovery, I'm back doing the work I love — and I bring a lot more to the table than technique. When you walk in stressed, overwhelmed, and just desperate to let it go for an hour — I feel that. Deeply. That's not a place I'm imagining. I've been there.
You deserve to feel better. I'd love to help you get there.
